They have hair and nail pills, which actually Hair and Nails. You can usually find them at the grocery store. Warning : They smell like death. I know... Other than that, you should try introducing the following into your diet. 1. Oily fish 2. Whole grains 3. Nuts 4. Yogurt 5. Oysters and shellfish 6. Avocado And eggs :) For the extra protein!
Amino acids, soy and Vitamins A,B (pref B5 & 6) and E. After washing your hair avoid blow drying and use a wide tooth comb. Omega 3 oils can also help rebuild follicle strength and growth. Unfortunately, despite all the advertising out there on hair products...diet along with regular cuts is the only way to thicken and grow healthy hair.
i have thin hair so i take primrose oil becuase it strengths hair and makes it healthier. its also good for skin and nails. i take 1 capsule twice daily. and its a herb so its all natural and completly healthy.
vitamin E and go to a pharmacy and ask for cod liver oil pills, they are pills made out of natural cod liver oil and vitamins, thats what i take and it seems like its working
Evening primrose oil is great stuff. It works on over active/underactive thyroid issues and pms.
btw i dye my hair too and this has made my hair thicker :)
