How often should I exercise my virgina muscles to help it tigthen?will this exercise help me enjoy my sex life?will I be able to reach full orgasm and satisfy my hubby?

First a correction. It’s “vagina”, and the muscles you want to exercise are call KEGEL muscles.

They’re quite easy to exersize and you can do it anytime you want.

These are the same muscles that you use to stop yourself from urinating.

To exercise them — you can do it when you’re anywhere, including in the bathroom. Simply tighten and hold them for 5 to 10 seconds and release, and repeat…

Because no one can tell you’re doing this, you can do this exersize anywhere.

With practice, you’ll be able to tighten them, and you’ll be able to make yourself not urinate, or I should say STOP urinating simply by doing this…

It wont take long before this translates into pleasing your “hubby”…

As to reaching full orgasm — they’re not directly related — although, as you strengthen this muscle, you will find once you do have one, it will be much stronger and intense.
