How can you lose excess fat off of your pecs?

I do not have what some consider to be “man boobs” but if I do not take care of it, then they could end up becoming just that. I am rather slim, but I have gained some weight over the past couple years due to the way I eat. I’ve been trying to eat less junk food and I’ve started to eat healthy, such as salads and drinking water and suff like that. My mother is Italian so the stuff she cooks is mostly pasta and food containing much carbs. I do not have any exercise machines at home nor can I afford any. Is there any way to get this extra fat off my pecs using basic exercise techniques so I can have a sexy muscular chest? lol (I’m looking for a rather quick solution but I understand that nothing comes quickly when it comes to weight loss or muscle gain. But perhaps there is a technique out there that I would be able to use) Thanks! :D

Get a set of dumbells and start working out. Push ups, sit-ups and a chin up bar will do as well. Visit www.bodybuilding.com for more information on how to work out. And Don’t eat any carbs for dinner ! Meat only! good luck
