Who could give help on a diet+exercises for a teen to look sexy>:]?

I want to look good, especially for this summer, going to florida :) I don’t want those boring cheap diets, lol.

the best way to lose weight is to be right about what your eating. be sure to exersize at lease 1-2 hours a day and drink A LOT of water.make sure you dont eat junk food,they have a lot of calories.you should be eating about 1200-1400 calories a day and burning about 1000.also eat A LOT of fiber and protine.im not joking that will help you a lot.
