Ok so I kinda like this guy but evrey time I go around him I cant even say hi like I seen him in the halls and I cant like say anything and the one time I seen him in the office and he was sittin there staarin at the doorway and I tried sayin hi to him but no sound came out. what are some good conversation starters?

I would just try thinking about saying hi to him when your alone and getting used to it. Then just tell yourself you will.
