Ok so I am so confused they both say they love me...

Ok so I have really really really liked this one guy for a long time, I’ve known him for about a year but theirs one problem… he moved to another state. I have always been good friends with him and he can always make me feel better when I am down. Well he has recently told me that he is in love with me, and that I am the one that he wants to spend the rest of his life with. He says I can date other people if I want because he does not want to hold me back, but that he is not going to date anyoneelse. He tells everyone that he is in love with me, all of his friends and his family. His friends try to set him up with girls that live in his area but he wont date any of them because he says I am the only one that he wants. Well I decided that I was going to try to date a guy that lives in my town (even tho I have really strong feelings for the other guy). So now things are really confusing because I still really my friend that doesnt live here, but I also sort of like my boyfriend. Hes the nicest guy I’ve ever met, but I just feel awkward around him and even holding his hand feels wrong. My boyfriend tells me that he loves me too. I really dont know what to do, and now my friend is going to come and visit in a few weeks and I really have no idea what to do. My parents are completely against long distance relationships, but I just cant get this guy out of my head. What do I do??? Please any advice???
