trying to get some honest advice..

I’m trying to find a good diet to shed a few pounds; but I just don’t know ANYTHING about a diet is there any advice anyone can give me? Please?

‘Diets’ are only temporary.. you need to change your lifestyle. Cut down on the junk food: candy, fast food, greasy foods, etc. Cut OUT soda (you’d be surprised how big of a difference it makes) Exercise 3-4 days a week (don’t over do it) Drink LOTS of water. Control your portions. :)

you dont need to go on this huge diet. I have the same problem. but try doing funner things to lose weight. I dont know if you have a wii, but I have a wiifit, and it works amazing : ) cut down on crap. instead of an afternoon soda, have a glass of water, get in your three healthy meals a day, and maybe one or two healthy snacks. also, excercise. go for a jog, join sports clubs, I don’t know. excercising can be fun. for example I play soccer, dance twice a week, am on the volleyball team, and do my wii-cardio workouts like 3-4 times a week. and I’m noticing a difference. you dont have to completely take sugar out of your life. pick a day. like sunday. start excercising and dieting on monday. then look forward to sunday when you can pick out one treat like a cookie or a soda or something : ) losing weight doesn’t have to be boring : ) good luck !
