Advice on getting nice shaped legs

just wondering if there could be any advice you guys could give me on getting nice shaped legs :)

Do more squats and HIIT cardio, eat 6 small meals a day and plenty of protein.

try walking a lot. really gives you great legs.

ditto complicatedmatters. eat right no junk food like potato chips and definitely no diet pop
