How can I just wake up when school starts?

I get really sleepy all the time and I want to stay awake once school starts but coffee, energy drinks, sugar, excercise, none make me more alert. I want to WAKE UP.

Go to your doctor. Being tired all the time is a classic symptom of sleep apnea. Sleep apnea is the condition where you stop breathing in your sleep which partially wakes you up preventing you from getting restful sleep. There are other disseases and conditions that can cause chronic speepiness but sleep apnea is the most common.

If you are sleeping enough, but you still feel tired, then you may be Anemic. I got to the point once, where all I did was sleep, because I was so tired all the time, I could not keep my eyes open, no matter how hard I tried. I finally went and got a blood test and it showed Iron Deficiency Anemia. I would suggest you give your Dr. a call and set up an appointment. They will do some bloodwork, and that way, even if you aren’t anemic, they can rule that out and figure out exactly, what may be causing you to feel this way and treat it! Hope you feel better soon!
