I lost weight over the summer and now im gaining some back..whats up with that??
School lunch is unhealthy , so maby you should bring healthy snacks from home or start exercising because that will help you stay in shape . I lost weight over the summer but when i started going back to school , i gained it all back because i didn`t have time to stress over my diet and sometimes i had to drink coffee or eat late at night to stay up for homework & studying which is VERY UNHEALTHY , so my advice to you would to be excersing and eating three meals a day , and healthy snacks.
When you start focusing on school and you're homework you spend less time focusing on exercise and eating healthy. Good thing to do would be to work our right when you wake up, it would boost your metabolism for the day, and you feel great for the rest of the day, plus you don't need to worry about working out for the rest of the day, when you get back from school you can relax and do your home work
the average school lunch is usually over 600 calories and are very fatening. try bringing your own lunch to school. you can also gain weight from added stress.
well maybe because of schoolwork you arent working out as much... it happned to me too.
i started losing weight when i started school =O
