How can I tone up my stomach?

So, i’m about 5’5 and 115 lbs. I don’t think i’m fat

but , i wouldn’t classify myself as skinny.

I’m a dancer so I work out a lot, id just like to know some extra ways I can tone up, especially my stomach and love handles!

well ma friend is in da national guard nd he sed do 10 situps in 10 intervals a day.like do 10 then rest 10.so forth,then get up to 15 a day then 20 in each interval.try it.uit works

You could text me next time you need help with the abdomen since i’ve been working on mine for months =P and i’ve been getting results hehe… Anyway specifically although you really don’t need to cause you have a nice body, just do stuff like diagonal crunches, they work wonders, and surprisingly enough they get rid of love handles but love handles are sexy so leave em =).
