Best Stomach Toning routine?

I read men’s health a lot but every month the magazine has a different article on “number x way to lose your gut - in less time than last month” on the cover. Don’t waste your time - the article is usually the same old, same old.

Being lazy, I’ve not done any of the stomach toning excercises they mention, but have been thinking about them. Which ones would you recommend most? Thanks.

i dont know much about gut exercises, but try doin a few sit ups? i do karate, and all the black belts there-well none of them have a big gut. then again, they do somethin like 50 sit ups a day?!?! if ur lazy, u will never get a good gut-so get off ur backside!!!!!
