How do you tone up your stomach?

how do you tune up you stomach I mean when I first started workin out I just didn’t have anything I was just skinny and hap a litte belly fat but I started doin sit ups and crunch and I can see my six pack comin in or w/e but like if I pull down the fat I can see my abs perfectly so how do I tune it up? I know you can do it my cardio(running) but its winter out and I don’t have a thredmill so is there anything I can do… and can I also get some tips on how to tune up the side of my abs too

abs are acheived by mostly good dieting if you want them to be seen but also work them out. for good stomach workouts go on youtube.
