How do I not let my thoughts ruin me?

Sometimes I keep thinking about something, over and over until I feel like I’m going crazy. I might get depressed, upset, annoyed, sad, anxious, a lot of things. How do I let thigs go?

I do that too sometimes. Like bills, or money, or not having enough stuff for the baby yet.. I worry way to much. I just keep tellin myself it will all work out..it always does. Take a hot bubble bath and relax. Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own > Pretty much cross those bridges as they come

You have to take your thoughts captive using the Word of God.

Gain a strong mentality and don’t let those thoughts get the best of you, it’s all in head if you really think about it. If your thoughts have to do with yesterdays problems, don’t even worry about it, it’s yesterdays problems, it’s a new day and any thing happening before in the past should not even be brought up in your mind today. Just train your mind to relax, try music, music tends to relax and get things off our minds. Also try breathing and working out, that’s also relaxs us as well.

I’m the same way! I over think and analze everything, and it drives me crazy. & It gets me depressed and a lot of anxiety. If this is a daily thing maybe you might wanna see someone to talk about this and get prescribed pills to help with it. I have and it’s helped a lot.
