How can I fix this depression that's ruining my life?

well basically im deppressed I’ve been told by the doctors!!! I am about to go onto my 4th counciller which I hate going but my dad makes me now!!! I harm a lot and cant seem to stop it helps so much when im upset, I also have a lot of suicidel thoughts, and ended up taking an overdose in feb this year and that wasnt the first one!!! I also hear voices and see things and it scares me now cus im alwasy looking behind me cus I hear someone or see something that scares me and I know it isnt there, cus no one else can see waht I see, so im always on edge now!! I also hate the company of others I often tend to feel all angry inside when im with people even family now!!! I dont know what to do with this I want to get over this deppression its ruining my life, any advice anyone can offer me I will be grateful for!!! thanks X

I think you should see what other services or helplines are to help you with your issue sometimes its better to talk to someone you dont know because they have an open mind and they dont know you or your family so it jusrt stays between you and the person your on the phone with
