How can I get a thigh gap?

Currently my thighs touch a lot and rip holes in my jeans so I want a thigh gap not only because I think they look good but becaus e it will save me money on clothes.

Lose weight in your thighs, that’s really all there is to it. Biking, squats, etc… But don’t count on being as skinny as that model.

i am working on loosing weight and i am constantly working out i just wanted good exercises to target weight on my thighs. im aware i need to loose thigh fat to get a thigh gap

Running, jogging or walking are the best ways to loose weight on your legs.

For now if weight loss is not working, wear long floaty skirts or dresses.

You could even ask a doctor for advice and your local gym will be willing to offer you advice
