What are exercises to get rid of thigh fat?

what are the best exercises to get rid of the fat on my thighs becse i really hate mine and i want to loose some fat fro them by new year…x

Walking, walking and more walking. The muscles that bend your knees when you walk are in your thighs. If you start a regiment of walking every day you may not lose it by this New Year but the chances are you will by next year. It took a while for it to get there it will take a while to get it off.

ummm…well i hate mine as well and what i do is i swim which works them really well…u can sign up at ur local ymca or if u have a pool take a pool noodle and hold on w/ both hands then kick w/ ur legs to work them…walking will definitly help…u can also sit on ur side and do leg lifts…u should do a 1/2 hour work out ec=ach day and u will eventually see results…dont give up if u dont cuz it takes a lot of time but if u do everything like this they should be ready by swim suit season…also if u get 17/ cosmo girl magazine they have great exercisises
