Just take a trip to Great Brittain and you will understand this phenomenon. They eat every part of the animal there. If you were starved and you knew it came from the same place as the other things you have eaten successfully, wouldn’t you try it?

Survival instincts can make us do some pretty terrible things, and one of those was the discovery of the oyster.
