stronger abs

hey anyone out there can you tell me how to get a stronger 6pack?? im 16 and I love lifting wieghts and I just cant see any diffrence in my body yet I do 3sets of 10 reps… what am I doing wrong I want them to be bigger and stronger

Dear j, You are not doing near enough reps and sets of those reps, from now on do this.

When you do a sit-up you never come all the way up or all the way down. Starting position: Start down keeping your head and shoulders off the ground. Knees raised.

Cross arms in front and over chest.

Raise up only about 10 inches or so go back down ONLY to the starting position (keeping tension on abs at all times) Now……Do 25 reps which equals ONE set….. Do 10 sets of 25.. rest about 4 to 6 minutes in between each set. Do this AT LEAST every other day Watch and see what happens….Good-luck AND let me know. Familycoach

You have to challenge your muscles everytime. Plus, you may already have the muscle it’s just hiding under fat. So a good diet could really benefit you.

Do more cardio, and do a variety of situps / leg lifts / and exercises for the obliques.
