somehow to make me run or something...

how can I make myself excerise more? because prom was yesterday and I looked at the pictures and I looked really fat. I really need to lose wight as fast as I can. what can I do to make myself excerise? when it was cross country season there was people around me telling me to run but now no one is around to tell me what to do. all my friends are in sports. I didnt do any sports because I got depressed a lot (still am a little). I NEED HELP

Think of excersise as a way of looking after your body - in more ways than just losing weight. Being physically active helps ward off diseases, make you feel better both inside and out, and helps to give you more energy. When you excersise your body releases endorphins which is the chemical that makes you feel good. So the more you do it, the better you will feel. It is not always easy. If it was, we wouldn’t have an obesity problem. You only get out what you put in so you must force yourself to make the effort. Don’t rely on others. Only you can help yourself.

Visit a local gymnasium near you and visit them at least twice a week until you feel better about yourself. Eat healthier than you normally do.
