Will running make my legs and thighs bigger?

I’m a soccer player…so I have big muscular legs But my thighs are also were my fat goes..

Will running make them smaller? Or will it continue to add muscle and make them bigger?

Answer #1

It could. People get larger muscles cause they don’t stretch enough- what happens when you excercise is that your muscles actually shortens and then you need to stretch in order to lengthen them again so you don’t gain muscle (my gym instructer actually explained this to me). So running could make your muscles smaller if you stretch properly afterwards.
