So frustrated I Just Wanna Cry!

Do you ever feel so fustrated, tired and angry that you just wanna cry? That is how I am feeling right now, any suggestions on how to keep calm?

usually I write or color and that helps me a lot. or listen to music

yes! I sing and watch Buffy the Vampire Slayer (not at the same time though) and then I feel better…try that

I get that a lot. I feel sometimes it’s good to have a cry. It lets everything out, sometimes I feel really angry if I suppress my feelings by not crying. If you don’t want to cry then go for a walk or run to make you feel better :)
