A normal human being would sleep the right way. Only little babies cry themselves to sleep.

It obvious you have a problem. Crying is not going to change anything. Dont waste your precious tears over something or someone like that.

All you need is change of environment.

LOL well when your crying you snuggle up cry yourself into sadness and then close tour eyes and if you suck your thumb or anythhin just suck your thumb and close your eys and pretend your young
