Crying in your dreams

yeah this has totallty happened to me before. sometimes ill just wake up and notice that I’ve been crying. its kinda strange

That happened to me a lot when I was a child. My mum would come to comfort me then realise I was crying in my sleep so she would wake me up.

Yes, I’ve cried in my dreams many times for various reasons. Then when I’m waking up, I notice myself crying. Its odd! I don’t know what triggers us to do that in our sleep though. I know where you’re coming from when it comes to crying in dreams.
