Play with it more. Then it’ll get used to you :) they’re actually really affectionate -my dad has one.

i dont have one yet my daddy’s bringing me a 3 month old albino corn snake as kinda a late bday present from his friends ima daddy’s girl

LIterally you have to handle the snake every day… so like pick a time that you can be there consistantly and take 15-20min and handle the snake every day…. things to avoid are fast movements and movement around their head… last thing snakes are very sensitive to your emotions so if your calm the snake will pick up on that but if your really nervous the snake will be less comfertable so when you handle the snake be as calm as possible before you pick the snake up…. enjoy :) i love snakes!
