Small wart on the outside of vagina

Okay. I am NOT sexually active, and I don’t shave down there, but I have a slightly painful wart like thing on the outside of my vag. I only noticed it today. The only cause of this I can think of is that I’ve had to wear the same underwear twice sometimes. Please help?

well if your not sexually active im not sure what it could be other than a pimple or a boyle which could look a little bit like a wart and hurt a lot however, to find out what it really is youll need to see a doctor
