Small white bumps down there

I have these small white looken bumps around my vagina. My boyfriend has gotten tested and doesnt have anything. so I dont think its an std, im not sure tho. I cant go to the doctor bc my mother doesnt know im sexually active. I need to know if theres any cream or medicine I cant take or put on it to make it go away. someone please help, its really scaring me.

There’s no cream you can use, if you dont know what it is.

Do you have a health clinic near your house that you could go to? Some STD’s lay dormant for a while before they come up. It could be something else other than an STD as well though, you really should get checked out.
