sleep

I really dont like sleeping, I think im the only one… but is it healthy for a 14 yr old girl to get little sleep.I have a “bed time” but when I go to my dads, I stay up late, yet nomatter what, I never sleep in past 8am. so basically speaking, I can go to bed around 3am and wake up around 8am, and be really energetic, and feel great. is this normal??

am have the same problem. when am with my dad I go to sleep and who nos what time and I never wake up past 10 but with my mom I got to sleep at 10 and wake up at 6

When you have a set sleeping pattern your body releases stimulants into your brian that tells you that you feel great and its time to wake up. Its normal, keep in mind after doing this for a while your body will break its “natural alarm” and set up a new one. So just dont let it happen too much.
