What do you think of slackers, or people that try to make themselves look busy, but aren't?

Answer #1

I don’t care to much for them and try to avoid them when possible

Answer #2

It depends on the situation. When its in the work place and its affecting me - i cant stand it and i always do something about it. I dont care if they have bills to pay, a family to support, etc. If they were that worried about it they would take pride in their job since its their livelyhood and actually work.

Answer #3

I’m not sure. In a workplace they would annoy me and it would mean that I would have more work to do or they would slow down things. Slacking in general I don’t have a problem with as I think that people take things to fast.

Answer #4

Very true, I fine as an employee, this is easier said than done, Yes you can get rid of them, but if they do good work, when they work, it is hard. I have found it to be a real challenge to find people that want to work, and it seems that everyone has there quirks and no one will work the way you want them to.

Answer #5

Easier said than done.

Answer #6

Yes it is that’s y I said try to :-)

Answer #7

True, you did say that, I think I need to pay more attention, my wife says I need glasses.

Answer #8

Lol maybe u shud get that checked out :-)

Answer #9

Employee should be employer. :)

Answer #10

I just think they are cheating themselves. If they aren’t doing their work that’s their fault, and if you keep doing your hard work you will go farther.

Answer #11

That depends. When someone is lazy and expects me to do their work, I get p!ssed. A co-worker who thinks that team-work means they can sleep while the team works will be my enemy. Forever.

When someone is lazy and the effects of that laziness affect me, I get impatient. A builder who idles near a hole in the ground on main road while I’m in the traffic jam does drive me crazy.

When someone is lazy but that does not affect me at all, I am indifferent. For example it’s been a while since I went to school but… ) a fellow student who has bad grades, never learns and never does his homework is completely OK as long as he doesn’t hinder me. And as long as I don’t have to do group-work with him… Then, see above.

Answer #12

Sorry i could not answer this sooner but i was trying to look busy. I think that they have a right to do it but if it costs me then ill Donald Trump Their tail.
