Can they make an animation that looks just like a person?
I was watching “The Polar Express” yesterday and they look so real. Especially the eyes, which made it a tad bit creepy. So it got me thinking, can they make one to look exactly like a celebrity? Or me and you? If so, Why haven’t they already!!!?
They do, but have not gotten it completely lifelike. In Beowulf, they made a very realistic looking Angelina Jolie, and they do it all the time for stunts in movies now. There is a program called poser that is about making scenes with precreated 3d models that you can modify. You can even upload yours of a celeb pic and make the 3d model look like your or them, then make animations.
