Is it possible to become sick from stress?

Answer #1

Yes, when I get really stressed, I get nauseous, diarhea, feel faint etc. You can also (I have had it) get stomach ulcers from stress. It can wreck havoc with your body and that is why it is important to eat healthy and exercise so that the stress does not get the upperhand.
