Answer #4

Yes, it is suprising the physical effects that being depressed can have on your body. Worry can make you feel sick and have other effects, and tiredness is a common symptom of depression within itself. Make sure that you do try and look after yourself: eat regularly and get 8 hours sleep a night, and make sure you try and do a little exercise during the day (this can actually have a great mood boosting effect too) and it will make sure that you are healthy and are in your best place to try and work on your low feelings. I know it is the last thing you feel like, but it really does help.

If you have regular depressive feelings then please do go and see your GP or a school/college counsellor if you attend either. Both will be able to help you learn to cope and control your feelings and get back on the right track. It can be done and you will feel a lot physically better for it, as well as mentally. There is no stigma in asking for help if you are struggling, so please do try and you will feel so much better.

Answer #5

Yes you can. Some of the major mood disorders are: depression, phobias, obsessive-compulsive disorders, bipolar-affective disorder, PTSD, Panic disorders. These can be so mild that others might not even be aware that the patient has them, to affecting every moment of our daily life and leading to a total disability. Some causes for these diseases are previous situations, for example: especially traumatic events, such as sexual abuse victims and war vets usually have PTSD and several other phobias in addition. Some are genetic or congenital such as Bi-polar disease. http://funadvice.com/r/bg373m3vkj8
