What are some things I could do to become less stressed?

I am always stressed with situations at home to a point where I am always getting sick and acutely ended up in the hospital twice , failing school and my body getting really tensed up. I don’t wanna be this stressed out any advice would be tons of help!

If it’s things at home, perhaps you c an spend time outside of your house? Go to your friend’s place to do homework or hang out, library, mall, etc. Ways to relieve stress, you could try working out. Lots of people find that working out is a great way to relieve stress and fustration. As well, find a way to let out your feelings, some people find writing it down helps, for others music or art work.

my advice would be to travel; see the world around see the suffering of others in the world and ask urself do you deserve to feel all stressed when there r so many people who have it far worse than u? This helps me alot i lock myself in complete darkness and imagine the sufferings of others to belittle mine.

bubble baths, they are nice.. you can read books in a quiet place. or get massages.. or maybe you could just write in a journal..

true..but walking works the most walking ,running and talking also lets it out…talking alot about wat causing u the stress would help..

try to go on google and search relaxing sleeping sounds thats what i did when the tornado sirens were on forty of them and also helped me get to sleep

When I’m stressed, I like going for jogs outside, or even go to a gym and put all your energy in kickboxing or doing weights, thats a great way to get your stress out. Also taking a bath and getting a bubblebath stuff taht calms you with like camomile in it. listening to music, like gentle rain or waves crashing on the beach. get a massage, take a long drive listening to music screaming on the top of your lungs lol.

I know this may sound a little weird but go somewhere open and scream the rooftops off. It really helps and releases all stressand anger. You could be stupid and punch something but then your just hurting yourself. So don’t do that. You could get stress balls but I think their pretty rubbish. If you get stressed at home or something then just go for a stroll in the nearest park; if your too stressed then I’d probably say don’t go on your own. People also try meditation too, yoga classes and exercise helps massively. If I’m really stressed, I take myself to the gym, have about an hour and half workout in there, running machines, rowing machines etc with headphones in (just block out the world) then go have a quiet swim alone, then take yourself to a sauna/steam room, this will get the visible side of stress out of your body, makes your skin extremely smooth and gets rid of all blemish. Then finally, go into a Jacuzzi for about 30 minutes, this helps loads, forget everyone and everything around you and let the bubbles take over, they’ll lift you and make you feel lighter than a feather.
