I was making a youtube video when I dropped the camera. the lens are stuck and they wont come out. how do I fix it?

Impossible to say without seeing the camera.

Modern digital cameras have a lot of delicate complex mechanisms. Zoom lenses are a nightmare of gears, cams, slides, and motors.

Years ago when cameras were simpler and more expensive it was often worth it to take damaged gear to a repairman or if you are handy to repair it yourself (I’ve managed to repair a few SLR lenses with nothing more than a household tools).

Today most damaged cameras would cost more to fix than they are worth. Service plans at electronic stores can be a good investment. 99% of the time the damaged equipment is simply replaced. I tend to buy service plans on all small electronics since they are usually only $10-$50 to cover.
