If she wants to swallow, she will swallow. You could ask her by simply telling her something like, “seeing you swallow my cum would be sexy” or something like that. Im sure she wouldn’t be offended that you would say that or ask. She offered to give you a blow job, maybe she already plans to do that.

If you don’t want what comes out of her, why are you with her? Same question about the ladies with not wanting to swallow what comes out of a guy - if you don’t want to swallow it, why are you even with the guy?

Regarding telling the “girlfriend” to swallow - if the lady wants to, she will. If she doesn’t want to, you have to decide whether to continue having relations with her, or not.

There’s always one of the few things that’s “guy code”. If a guy says, “I’m not really sure whether I like her, or not” - what he’s really saying is, “I feel kind of attached to her, but the B*TCH doesn’t swallow - so, I’m ready to dump her at a moment’s notice for a lady who does swallow”…that’s just reality.

There’s a joke about a lady in college who asked her mother why she would swallow her daddy’s ji*zz. The mother told the daughter the following, “he remains faithful to me” and “jewelry, lots of pretty jewelry” - if a wife does that for her husband, he’s less likely to cheat on her…so, he buys jewelry for the wife, rather than his secretary or whatever.
