My girlfriend pregneat and how do I tell her???

Ok so last night I had sex with my girlfriend and I told her I wouldnt cum inside her. But I accidentally forgot and then cumed inside her . Later on that night she asked me if I did but I said no because I didnt wanna ruin the night. I know she is 100 percent pregnet. How do I tell her that shes pregnet? She I wait til she finds out on her own? What should I do ? Should I tell her to get an abortion?? Plzz help I need the advice.

okk first off dont panic..this happened to me once so all the people being disrespectful juss dont know wass up..anyways are you sure you came in her??ok it happened to me but not like you in my case we did it and I pulled it out and came on her or watever but I accidentally put it back in..we went to the doctor and everything and nothing she wasnt preg. so I just think you should tell her and work it out you know..and then like go to the doctors..and if shes not congratulations and start wearing a condom its safer trust..
