Should i get a tummy tuck?

Hi I’m really unhappy with my body, i have 2 children and am only 22 before i had kids i was really slim but now am a hefty 12-14 so i really want a tummy tuck and have been saving for a couple of years now but am too scared. I have appointment for consultation on 12th. I tried gym and not eating etc but it doesn’t work Do weight loss pills work?

This is a hard question because there are so many factors. Tummy tucks, although commercialized as a common procedure, IMO, should be viewed as a radical solution to this problem.

You should throughly analyze a number of things before going through with this. Not eating would not solve this problem, as you’d be starving your body. The best way to lose weight has always been to make better decisions about what you put in your body and to up the cardio. You may not lose weight immediately, as you’d probably put on muscle (which is heavier than fat), but in the long run, you would probably see results.

I would recommend talking with your general practitioner, perhaps get a personal trainer who would also evaluate your eating habits, and if you’re still leaning towards the procedure, ask 100 questions when you get your consult.

There are some people who seriously have trouble areas that diet and exercise have a hard time helping, and if that’s the case, then maybe this is the solution. But I’d hope you’d exhaust all other options before seeking surgical options (even if it seems like the quick-fix).

Oh, and 12-14 isn’t hefty! It’s the average size these days, which isn’t really comforting. I’m really no one to talk when it comes to weight though….

No,dont drink pills,because they just gonna make it worse:you just gonna be more hungrier and your body will be storing more fat than usually, trust me i know! It is hard but you must start daet and learn how to eat right,and also you must start exersising .The key is to change your life style,your habits-for the rest of your life ,and you cant do that for mounth.When you dont eat your body thinks that you starving and store all fat-which is bad.You must speed up your metabolism and you must eat 5-6 meals daily,evry meal on 3-4 hours!Try to eat lots of fruit,vegetables and fish.Try to avoid too much fat,red meat,sodas,too much solt,too much sugar,esspecialy be careful with candys and bread(no more than too slices per day!)When i said that you schould start exersising that doesnt mean that you must goo to the gym -it is enough to walk 20-45 minutes every day.And the most important dont loose your confidense and selfrespecting.Remember that you are just a human and that everyone can make mistake even several times and NEVER GIVE UP!Find something that motivates you(your children or try to remember how do you fell when you were slim-because this time you can look even better)When you make mistake just keep going and trust me you you will start to enjoy,and your healthy habits soon will be a part of your daily routine. p.s. If i can do it why wouldnt you too,i belive that you can,you just need to try! :-)
