How can I get a falt tummy in a month? Please help. Im about 5’3, and is 13

do 200 crunches and sit ups and leg lifts for 1 month and you will have a flat stomach set time to do this ok like 30mins every day to do 200 of each and drink lots of water thoougout the day

I don’t think thts possible… unless you exersize 24/7 and don’t eat but I don’t suggest it
