ask yourself why u feel unworthy, then set up a plan of action,no1 is going to do it for you u hace got to do it for yourself,first step your mantra when you wake up in the morning before putting a foot out of bed,The world is lucky 2 have me,say it 3 times when you look in the mirror say I’ve been blessed with senses I am grateful and before you go to bed say thank you for getting me through 2day I’m lucky to b with me…if others know your worth don’t you think it’s time you knew your worth chances are you the only one who thinks you worthless read a book it may inspire you try something simple like Oliver twist I know you know the movie but have you ever read the book truly inspirational and rewarding remember KNOW YOUR WORTH

when people compliment you, say in your head “i know i am!” when people say bad things about you say in your head “i know you (the person) are!” even if it doesnt make sense, it’s worth it.
