You would be best to speak to a medical professiona, your self esteem and self worth is connected to your obsession with losing weight.
You cannot seperate the two.
You can only address both of these problems when you decide you are ready to. No one can actually force you and as such, you need to decide your own destiny.
Do you want to go through life with low self worth and low self esteem along with your eating disorder and the multitude of health problems this will almost certainly bring you?
Or, do you want to make a life changing decision to be open and honest with a medical practitioner so they can arrange for some support for you?
At the end of the day, only you can chose and I dearly hope you make the right decision before it is too late.
