how do I get my self confidence back when my boyfriend puts me down?

well I dont know, people say things they don’t mean,, but maybe you could ask him about it..

everyone says things they dont mean in an argument. most girls dont really have self confidence but you should every one is unique and is special in their own way. if he says you are pretty when you are not in an argument then you most probably are pretty hun dont worry about it things said in an argument you really shouldnt take to heart.. I would break up with him. although he may not mean it just imagine what other things he will say in the future. its only going to get worse if you don’t do anything about it. Say things back to him in your defense but if you want your confidence back I suggest that you think of something you really love. Or go to someone you can trust and that gives good advice. you shouldn’t stick with someone that holds you back like that. It hurts you & your going to start believing it. dump him love. he obviously isn’t worth it.me telling you to break up with him may not be something you wanna hear but you shouldn’t wanna hear someone that you really love saying that your ugly. hope I helped :D
