How can I get my self-esteem up?
ok so I have a very low self esteem and well my boyfriend thinks i’m hot and i’m always weird around him because i know I’m not pretty or hot or anything like that but i don’t know why he doesn’t see that and all his girl friends think I’m ugly………….
It shouldn’t matter what his friends think, because you aren’t dating them. It seems like he is a really nice guy, who isn’t shallow and doesn’t recognize looks as something really important. He also clearly doesnt care what his friends think, so why should you? And if you want to get your self esteem up, then try to participate in activities that you enjoy, surround yourself with people you love, and who support you, and try to accomplish things and make yourself proud. :)
They’re jealous. As long as he likes the way you look, forget them. You’re not dating them, you’re dating him. He should be the only person that matters.
That’s so true. He obviously loves you. A true lover won’t care what you look like outside. He seems to have found your inner beauty : ) Don’t let those girls get to you. Jealously is so common with other girls when they feel threatened.
