What are some good "satisfying" snacks that are quick?

I need some ideas for HEALTHY snacks that my husband can just grab and eat when he gets home, no more work than maybe heating it up in the microwave. its an annoying habit of his to just grab whatever old junk food i have in the house, and I’ve stopped getting junk food for him because hes getting a bit tubby. now he complains about not having anything to snack on and often goes out and gets the junk himself, which isnt helping his stomach size any. anything that needs to be made i would preferably like to be something quick to make because i will have to make it during the day when i’m busy (hes a dunce in the kitchen) and be able to freeze/refrigerate it to keep them fresh longer, or at least until he gets home, thanks so much!

Raw nuts. Fruits. (Dried fruits are really easy like raisins.) Smoothies already packaged. Bagel.
