How often to you go to the gym?

How often do you go to the gym and where do you get your gym programs? And which musclegroup is your strongest..? (compared to your weight and how much iron you lift)

frequency: plan to go about 5 days a week for a couple of hours each day. Manage about 4 days/one hour each day :D

which muscle group is the strongest: I would say my calves and shoulders !!

my weight = Almost 70 Kgs. Height = 6 ft. Weight I lift on the 45 degree leg raise = about 50 kilos/20 reps max 3 sets …lat pull downs - like 30 kilos/20 reps max 3 sets.

I never go to the gym, can’t afford a membership. Ehh. =\
