What can help to you get rid of pain in your hands/fingers?

Answer #1

Finding the cause of it. Do your hands also go numb and get tingley very easily? If so, it could be carpel tunnel syndrome. Is there something you do daily that causes strain on your hands and fingers, typing, texting, your job, etc? Its always best to have it looked into by a doctor. Carpel tunnel can easily be relieved by wearing a brace at night…but if not treated it can neeed surgery.

Answer #2

im not exactly sure what’s causing the pain but im a little worried that it might turn into something serious. They dont go numb or tingle but i used to have a habit of cracking my knuckles and clicking my fingers, so i dont want to end up with anything like athritis. i dont do it that often anymore but im always typing and i play my guitar for quite a long time as well, so my hands sometimes go a bit stiff.

Well it could be a lot of things that could be causing this, so best thing to do is to go to the doctor to check it out and see what is it that this is. Then you can go from there.
