What can help me to get rid of...?
Im a 21 y.o. female and since I was a teen I had hemorrhoids.Usually older people get it or pregnnt women but I have it too. Its internal but after bowel movement it shows outside too and I always have constipation. Im so embarrassed to tell my parents or see the doctr what should I do is there a way to get rid of it without surgery or its gonna last forever please help me im so afraid of it im trying to eat healthy and drink more water but what else can help me?
just see a dcotor, they’ve seen what you have hundreds of time before, they wont make fun of you or anything and your not going to get rid of it by yourself the doctor isnt going to tell anyone you have them and you can choose wether you want to see a male or female doctor if you want too the doctor will be able to tell you how to get rid of them and/or ease the pain of them
