When do I use hot and cold water to relax my leg muscles after a long run

if you have leg circulation problems use hot water after running, cold if you have an especially strenuous training (which just running is not). I recommend you check out how to ‘’cool down’’ (usually consists of easier exercises and musle stretches) after running. thats all you need for your muslcles to relax
