Really need some help with a diet...

Hellooo I have type 2 diabetes and I have insulin twice a day, when I was first diagnosed I completley cut out sugary foods and lost quite a lot of weight and was down to an ideal weight. But its been about 2 years and im not so strict with my diet and I have recently put a bit more weight on… im 5’6 and weigh almost 12 stone… im not confident anymore, I exercise everyday and im trying to not eat junk food, but the insulin doesnt help… is there any suggestions for a good diet for me? Please help, im in need of a confindence boost, I dont really want to go out anymore because of it. Thankyou x

No salt, plenty of water, never go back for seconds. must be consistant with it. I lost 25 pounds in one month doing it. You also have to jog every day. atleast 20 minutes. salt retains water. drink water and use no salt the water will help flush the fat out.

Did you possibly talk to your doctor about a good diet for you?
