quick bikini diet!!! help

ok so im excersing and eating healthy but any reccomendations to get a bikini body in like 2 weeks? I need to focus on my lower stomach but I dont know how

btw im 5”5 and about 134 pounds so I only really need to lose or tone up 7 pounds of fat theres not much

I say run every morning and night…mi friend did that for a while and u’ll b pretty tone by 2weeks if you stick with it…so 1 mile in the morning and 1 mile at night…it could help
