I really need help with my weight

iam 17yr old male in the 11th grade I’ve been overwieght for as long as I can remember and I really want to lose weight can someone please help me iam thinking about starving my self take diet pills and every thing iam juss to big 340 lbs

ok well dont starve urself trust me it dont work. Like you can play football or take up fighting ya know burn sum cals. And just eat cereal man!

There are two parts to weight loss: diet & exercise. It won’t be nearly as effective unless you both watch your diet (whole grains, veggies, a bit of fruit & protein, etc), stop caffeine, soda, high sugar, empty calories stuff.

And on the other hand, exercise. Cardio vascular for 30+ minutes a session, stretch before & after, and do that for at least 3-5 days a week. Longer sessions as you get into it.

I lost 7 pounds over about 5 weeks by changing my diet & exercising regularly. There no pills, no shortcuts, just hard work, but if you’re persistant, it’ll pay off in a big way.
