What is the quickest and most effective way to lose weight on your thighs/legs?

i’ve been working out lately. but the only area i really need to work on is my thighs and calves, whats the most effective and quickest way to lose weight in lose areas?

. You cannot “spot reduce” specific areas by diet or exercise. . The only way that you can achieve what you are looking for is to allow your thighs / legs to become “atrophied” (wasted away) through lack of exercise. . The only “effective way” to achieve what you want is to spend the next few months/years in a wheelchair after which you will have the spindly legs one typically sees on unfortunate paraplegics, who would no doubt give anything to enjoy the advantages that your legs give you. . Be thankful for your current fitness level - your body has blessed you with the strong legs that you need to maintain your current lifestyle.

Sadly, as a woman, your genetics will ensure that the fat deposits around your thighs, hips and buttocks will be the hardest to reduce, and the last to disappear if you try to get rid of them by any form of dietting or exercise regime. Liposuction surgery is an option that can remove unwanted fat from selected regions, but personally I would not recommend it.

actually, i believe you might be wrong..because i have exercised and reduced my butt and thighs in as little as a month and a half..i bought those pants that make your legs sweat..its almost like those tummy wraps..well i used those while i exercised and it shed the fat off..of course we are gonna have a little bit of fat on the legs..but it is possible to trim them up really good and tone them..i know from experience..i even lost a little in my hips too while doing this while i exercise..but you have to keep hydrated with water while you are exercising with the sweat bands on..btw you can get these at walmart.

but keep in mind you have to EXERCISE while wearing these for more results..i would do cardio workouts on the Wii..and i would exercise about 45 minutes at a time..and you will sweat extremely bad! so just for the warning lol..but if you keep it up you will get the results you want..

do…leg workouts? run a couple miles a day? I wouldn’t try to lose too much weight. I run, and I almost wish I didn’t because my thighs are so skinny now that even skinny jeans hang off me I ran for like 6 months though so its not exactly a “quick” way. its efficient though.
